1)  2% in lieu of CST will be added to spot sale price.

2)  Expenses incurred on transit insurance, handling charges, transportation charges from dispatch Branch to Depot and any other levy in Tamil Nadu shall be recovered from the Buyer on actual basis.

 3.       SALE FOR EXPORTERS AGAINST “H” FORM DEFFERED W.E.F. 6.4.2010.

          

 4.            DEPOSIT MONEY:

a)            Existing mill buyers, will have to pay within 10 working days a minimum of Rs.500/- per bale as Deposit.  In case of GSF facility the buyer would be required to pay additional deposit of Rs.500/- per bale.

b)         For new buyers who are approaching CCI for the first time, the amount of deposit would be Rs.1000/- per bale, which is to be paid within 10 working days.

 5.            CARRYING CHARGES W.E.F. 1.10.2009

After expiry of the free period, the buyer would have to pay carrying charges @ 1.20% per month per 30 days for first 60 days and thereafter @ 1.30% per month per 30 days till the delivery of the cotton. 

6.            LIFTING OF COTTON

The buyer will have to lift the cotton within the free delivery period. In case the buyer wants the Corporation to carry the cotton on his behalf beyond the free delivery period, he will have to make advance payment of carrying charges and make a written request to the Corporation. General :

1. While giving Offers Buyers should give their offers for specific variety, Branch and Quantity.

2.  Offers received upto 5.00 p.m. will only be considered for the day. Offers received after the due time shall automatically lapse. In such cases, Buyers need to give fresh offers next day.

3.   All offers received during the day shall be considered together in P&S Committee Meeting after 5.30 p.m.

4.   Acceptance of counters should be communicated by 11.30 Hours the following day.

5. The Corporation reserves its rights to accept offer either in full or in part entirely at its sole discretion.
